Constitution Day Celebration – November 26, 2024
Hindustan International School, Padur, celebrated Constitution Day with enthusiasm and pride, honoring the adoption of the Indian Constitution on November 26, 1949. The event began with a special assembly, where the Principal, Ms. Susan George, highlighted the significance of the day and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s pivotal role in drafting the Constitution.
Students and staff collectively read the Preamble, reaffirming their commitment to justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. Speeches by Grade X students and teachers emphasized the Constitution’s relevance today, while patriotic songs brought cultural vibrancy to the celebration. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, inspiring students to uphold constitutional values in their daily lives.
